The Nursing Honor Society is proud to present Nurses Night Out: Meeting the Challenges of Contemporary Nursing Practice with Awareness and Compassion: Providing Accessible Tools for Cultivating Resiliency in a Difficult World on November 30, 2022, from 5:30-8:30 at the Humboldt Aquatic Center in Eureka. Heidi Bourne from Pacific Mindfulness will present this. Ms. Bourne is a nurse and meditation teacher in the Insight Meditation tradition and is the founder and guiding teacher of Pacific Mindfulness where she teaches mindfulness, meditation, and loving kindness. The cost of the program will be members $20; non-members $25; students $15 and includes a light dinner, vegan, and GF options; no host bar. CEUs are pending.
