Most of use SEE the Bay a lot, but donât know much about what happens OUT there. Bay Area resident Sam Lord has questions about the boats he sees from his house. He especially wanted to know:Â What are those barges anchored just north of the Bay Bridge, the ones that seem like theyâre always there?
