The North Coast Journal has obtained a copy of Kyle Zoellner's lawsuit against the city of Arcata. Zoellner claimsArcata police violated his civil rights and falsified reports in the homicide case against him.
The 24-year old McKinleyville resident was charged with the murder of HSU student David Josiah Lawson in April, 2017. Those charges were dropped after a preliminary hearing in May, 2017.
