On this 50th anniversary year of the Fair Housing Act, host Eric Kirk discusses the act's successes, failures, and future with College of the Redwoods Professor Ryan Emenaker. 

Ryan Emenaker is a professor of political science at College of the Redwoods and a PhD candidate at Brown University. His research focuses on judicial politics and constitutional law. He has written numerous pieces on the history and role of the Supreme Court including an article on why the Supreme Court should uphold the Voting Rights Act, which appeared on SCOTUSblog, the premier news and research site on the Supreme Court.
