Chronologically Gifted: Summary on Aging While Female

Co-hosts Ann Diver-Stamnes and Pam Brown talk about what they learned from their four guests who shared their perceptions on how the aging process is different for women than it is for men.  They advocated for changing the current perceptions about women and aging:.  "..we must do so in unity across ages by learning to recognize ageism and pointing it out whenever we confront it,  and by shifting our own internal lenses so that we see the beauty inherent in having been given the gift of years of life."
