Ken Burton
Ken Burton is one of the hosts for EcoNews Report. He is a wildlife biologist for the Yurok Tribe, Secretary of the Redwood Region Audubon Society (RRAS), and a Friends of the Arcata Marsh docent. He is author of Common Birds of Northwest California and Hiking Humboldt, vol. 1. Ken has lived in the KHSU listening area off and on (mostly on) since 2005 and listens to KHSU even when he lives elsewhere.

Through The Eyes of Women host Emma Breacain is a west coast liberal pinko who likes travel, art, beaches and coffee. She runs a nonprofit that helps illiterate adults improve their skills, is heavily involved in the art and sport of kinetic sculpture racing, and she enjoys learning from people different from herself.
