Tigard officer who killed man has started new job amid criminal investigation
The Tigard police officer who shot and killed Jacob MacDuff on Jan. 6 was hired by the Port of Portland Police Department despite an ongoing criminal investigation. He started work at the agency April 19, but was put on leave after OPB's reporting on the investigation.
