Good deeds program helps to remove racial exclusion language from home deeds

The legacy of that systemic and institutional racism exists in many forms, including racial exclusion language on home deeds. A 2018 Oregon law and now a new program launched by the Central Oregon Black Leaders Assembly aims to simplify the complex legal process of removing this language.
