From a City of Arcata Press Release: The City of Arcata and the Arcata Police Department are currently experiencing a phone service outage. However, 9-1-1 emergency services are NOT affected by this outage.
The City’s phone service carrier is actively working to address the issue but has not yet provided an estimate for when the problem will be resolved. City email and website functions are still operational and City offices will remain open during normal business hours.
