KHSU Magazine host Claire Reynolds spoke with Steve Shanning from the Humboldt County Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Commission about the town hall meeting happening March 8th at 6 p.m. in Redway. This commission is in charge of inspecting any facility where youth are held in custody. They are responsible for ensuring the general welfare of the youth.
