Gov. Brown Lays Out Cost of GOP Health Care Bill: $24 Billion in Lost Funds

House Republicans could vote to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act this morning. That would be ironic, because Obamacare turns seven years old today. Now, the replacement could cut more than $24 billion from federal payments to California over the next decade, according to Governor Jerry Brown.
