September is Transit Month in California, and this week we're celebrating!

And while it is a joyous month, marked by many local events, it's also a somewhat conflicted month, because not all transit news is good news. These days, we are seeing attacks on transit at both the federal and state level and even local level.

Colin Fiske, executive director of the Coalition for Responsible Transportation Priorities, joins the program to talk about transit month happenings and the importance of supporting public transportation.
