Child Care Business Fundamentals for Humboldt County
Learn to start, grow and thrive with the Child Care Business Fundamentals Webinar Series. In this 5-part series you will learn business fundamentals for starting and running your own Child Care business in Humboldt County, like licensing requirements, creating a business plan, bookkeeping basics, payroll, using Profit and Loss financial statements and making your business work for you with the Cost-of-Living calculator.

Local childcare providers will share best practices and all attendees will have access to private, one-on-one business consulting with a North Coast Small Business Development Center Advisor. The program is open to new and current business owners alike.

This series is developed in collaboration with Changing Tides Family Services and hours will count towards Child Care Initiative Project professional development credit.
