The Country Pretenders with Joyce and Fred
The Country Pretenders play the vintage country they love. They include songs by Patsy Cline, George Jones, Merle Haggard, Jimmie Rodgers, Rodney Crowell and Iris Dement. They began playing in the early 1990’s and have reformed for a series of shows this spring and summer. The band includes local music veterans Joyce Hough, vocals, guitar; Fred Neighbor, vocals, guitar; Bruce Johnson, vocals, guitar; Gary Davidson, bass; and Paul DeMark, drums. $10 cover. All ages.
