Come join Quack and Wabbit Puppet Theater for a library tour hosted by Humboldt Literacy Project and Humboldt County Library. Quack & Wabbit uses professional handmade puppets to teach children positive messages and life skills. Their humorous, musical, poignant & tender-hearted stories yield emotional responses in children and are so fun! The super engaging Mr. Gumpy’s Outing is a musical story about cooperation and friendship based on the book by John Burningham. It's fun and geared towards the younger audiences. The performance is enlightening, playful, and full of surprises. This is a free event for children and the adults who love them! Attendees get to choose their own free book to keep.
Different movie every Wednesday shown at Froth! Along with $3 pints of Pabst Blue Ribbon and Good Life from 5pm-10pm!
Sooth your mind & body through a series of poses held for a few minutes at a time during this relaxing practice. This class will focus on stretching the joints and connective tissue while you surrender to the stillness. Guided breathwork and/ or meditation are interwoven into the flow. Accessible for all levels, bodies and stages of your yoga journey.
This class is taught by Karma Moonstone. She received her 200 HR YTT from MY Vinyasa Practice in 2022 through their scholarship for BIPOC instructors, as a response to the Black Lives Matter movement and whitewashing in yoga. She teaches through a trauma-informed lens and offers students a choice throughout class. Expect her classes to be approachable with an offering to challenge yourself through the journey.
