What Does 'America First' Mean to Californians in Tijuana?

The Trump administration has made it clear they want to curb the flow of illegal immigration. Meanwhile, in Mexico, they want more Americans. And that's on top of the already 50,000 who live in Tijuana, according to the Mexican government.
