The death toll is rising from a massive earthquake off the coast of Mexico as Hurricane Katia bears down on the country’s Gulf coast. Katia is one of three hurricanes set to make landfall.
Mexico’s earthquake comes as the nation is bracing for Katia’s life-threatening floods.
