As part of marking 10 years on the air, we discuss the changing demographics of Oregon. The state's population is expected to be about 45 percent non-white within the next 40 years. Washington County, where 1 in 3 residents are people of color, is the most rapidly diversifying county in the state. We listen back to a conversation on the issues facing communities of color in the county and their hopes for Oregon's future.
