Central Catholic Tops Lake Oswego For Oregon State Football Title

The Central Catholic Rams won their fifth Oregon state football championship in program history Saturday, defeating the Lake Oswego Lakers 49-28 at Hillsboro Stadium.

Central Catholic never slowed down on offense, scoring two touchdowns in all but one quarter.

The Central Catholic defense halted a brief charge by the Lakers to start the second half. The Rams held Lake Oswego scoreless in the fourth quarter.
