Last week, The Canton Grill on Southeast 82nd Avenue in Portland announced that they were closing. The restaurant was opened in 1944, and was owned and operated by the same family for three generations. Last year, for the restaurant’s 75th anniversary, we sat down with owner Cindy Louis and her father, Fred Louis.
