Cancellation of Pendleton Round-Up hurts local economy

Tens of thousands of people would usually be flocking to Eastern Oregon right now for the annual Pendleton Round-Up rodeo. But this year, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the rodeo was canceled for the first time since 1943. Local restaurants and hotels that usually rely on the Round-Up are hurting. We hear from Steve Chrisman, economic development director for the city of Pendleton, about how the Round-Up’s cancellation is impacting the community.
