Dinner collective distributes free desserts, love letters to Black Portlanders

In July, Portland-based dinner collective Black Feast started regularly distributing free desserts, care packages and love letters to Black Portlanders. Salimatu Amabebe, a creator of the “Love Letters to Black Folks” project, said it began as a way to support Black Lives Matter protesters. We talk with Amabebe about the ongoing project.
