The Portland Police determined this week that a local attorney is the man who was pepper-sprayed by Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler last weekend. This attorney is also an heir to the Alpenrose Dairy. The confrontation came as the Mayor was leaving a restaurant and was accosted by a man who accused him of sitting in the restaurant without wearing a mask.
