Gyms are allowed to open back up again across Oregon, although in a limited capacity. Randy Lauer is the owner of 3-46 Grit CrossFit gym in Gresham, and the mayor of Troutdale. His gym opened Monday at 5:30 a.m. with capacity for 12 people at a time.
