More than 230,000 Oregonians are without power Tuesday morning after an ice and snow storm this weekend. The storm downed trees and power lines. Several school districts canceled classes on Tuesday as a result of power outages. Mike Myers, director of the Portland Bureau of Emergency Management, joins us to discuss how the city is responding to the damage from the storm.
