As the pandemic continues, food insecurity among Oregonians remains at an all-time high. Part of the problem is food waste. But larger, systemic issues play a role too. We hear from Susannah Morgan, the CEO of the Oregon Food Bank, about how to get hungry Oregonians access to food.
