Last week, the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation distributed nearly a thousand vaccine doses to reservation residents and tribal employees. The tribe has already vaccinated tribal members over age 55, healthcare workers and first responders. Chuck Sams, Deputy Executive Director of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, joins us to talk about the tribes’ vaccination strategy.
