Man accused of decades-old crimes will face trial for domestic terrorism

A fugitive on the run for more than a decade for his alleged role in a string of arsons will soon be facing trial on charges of domestic terrorism. The fires were set along the West Coast as part of an environmental activist group over 20 years ago. OPB reporter Conrad Wilson spoke with Joseph Dibee, who is under house arrest in Seattle.
