On the new episode of OPB Politics Now, reporters Lauren Dake and Dirk VanderHart examine the deal state legislators reached this week: Democrats agreed to partisan parity on a committee working to redraw political districts. In return, Republicans agreed to stop using parliamentary rules to slow the legislative process during the ongoing long session.
It’s a gamble for both parties.
