Last September’s Almeda fire took the lives of three people. Thousands lost their homes, and many are still struggling to get permanent housing. But some are getting back on their feet. Alan and Carole Balzer are the first to rebuild their home in Talent. We talk to them about the support they got from family, friends and neighbors and how it feels to be in a home of their own again.
