Oregon Governor reflects on the pandemic and recovery

After fifteen months of COVID-19 restrictions, Oregon is open again. But almost 2,800 Oregonians have died, and the state will never be the same. We talk about the last year and a half, and the path forward, with Oregon Gov. Kate Brown.
