With over 500 active program sites across Humboldt County, the Center for Community Based Learning at Humboldt State University excels at connecting students with projects that benefit their education and our community.
Every semester, they highlight some of their students' projects in their Redwood Roots Digital Magazine.
This week we met with Savannah Sonia, who works at the CCBL, and she told us about the magazine and helped explain the benefits of community-based learning.
