62nd Annual Klamath Salmon Festival
62nd Annual Klamath Salmon Festival
Ney-puy is back on the menu at the Yurok Tribe’s 62nd annual Klamath Salmon Festival on Saturday, August 15.
The theme of this year’s event is “The Return of the Salmon.” For the first time in four years, attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy salmon at the festival. The salmon lunch will include a fresh piece of traditionally cooked fish, salad, fruit, a drink and a roll for $15. Yurok elders will receive free lunch tickets at the event.
The 62nd Salmon Festival is packed with fun activities for people of all ages. The day will include a Ney-puy Fun Run/5K, a parade, live music by Blue Rhythm Revue, Indian Card Game, Stick Game, basketball, softball and disc golf tournaments and more than 170 vendors selling high-quality gift items.
The Salmon Festival presents a great opportunity to support local artists and entrepreneurs.
All are invited to the Yurok Tribe’s 62nd annual Klamath Salmon Festival on Saturday, August 15.
There is still time to sign up to participate in the Salmon Festival parade. Please see parade application below.
We would like to sincerely thank this year’s primary sponsors Per-geesh Construction, the Yurok Telecommunication Corporation LACO, Intake Screens and Friends of Auburn Ravine.
*We respectfully request that guests refrain from bringing pets to this event. Please see our event page for additional information.
