From the composer and lyricist that brought you Spring Awakening, the Arcata Arts Institute is proud to present Alice by Heart, directed by Melanie Zapper with musical direction by Jo Kuzelka. This heartfelt tale of love and loss will blur the lines of reality enough to make you wonder if we’re all truly mad. Alice by Heart follows Alice Spencer as she navigates her life following the Blitz. Reeling from her life being uprooted and struggling to cope with the loss of a friend, Alice finds solace in her favorite book. Alice by Heart will open in the Arcata High Fine Arts Building on April 4th, with tickets available at the Opening Night Special of students/seniors at $5 and general admission at $8. Tickets for all other showings on the 5th and 6th will be $12 for students/seniors and $15 for general admission.
