Join Friends of the Dunes for our Native Planting Day on Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at the Humboldt Coastal Nature Center, 220 Stamps Lane, Arcata. Community members are invited to help plant 15,000 native dune mat plants at our restoration site. Come support local habitat restoration and help native plants return to this coastal landscape. Gloves, tools, and training will be provided! Please wear closed-toed shoes and comfortable clothes that you are willing to get dirty. RSVPs are encouraged and appreciated.
