Peninsula Clean-up

Do you live, work or play on the Samoa Peninsula? If so, you are invited to help keep the peninsula beautiful by participating in the Peninsula Clean-up on Saturday April 18th, 9am - 2pm. There are a variety of clean-up and beautification activities planned for the day.
Between 9:00 a.m to 10:30 a.m., join the Arcata Sunrise Rotary Club to help clean up Highway 255 during their Adopt-a-Highway event. Safety orientation and distribution of equipment begins at 9:00 a.m. at 150 Stamps Lane in Manila.
From 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., meet at the Manila Community Park on Manila Avenue for native garden weeding and neighborhood clean up activities.
Dumpsters will be available for peninsula residents from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m at the Manila Community Center, 1611 Peninsula Drive, and in Fairhaven at Duprey and Lindstrom
