The California North Coast Chapter of the Wildlife Society is hosting a Snails of Humboldt Workshop. From the endangered Trinity Bristlesnail to the invasive New Zealand Mudsnail, Humboldt county has a lot to offer when it comes to snails. In this workshop you can learn about what makes snails important, learn to identify the local land and freshwater snails, and learn to differentiate invasive species from their native look-alikes.
