Another earthquake was felt across the Humboldt Bay area, and theUSGS says that it's a 4.6M (downgraded from 4.7). Presently there is NO tsunami warning in effect. The Redwood Coast Tsunami Work Group says that a followup 3.0M event is an aftershock.
