Since 2006, the North Coast Small Business Development Center, or SBDC, has been working to support local entrepreneurs and small businesses. Now the North Coast SBDC is preparing for the grand opening of Startup Humboldt, a centralized hub in downtown Arcata that provides office space and other critical resources to local businesses.
This week we met with Wil Franklin, director of the North Coast SBDC, to learn more about the organization’s work and how the Startup Humboldt Hub will help support our local business community.
The Startup Humboldt Hub’s official ribbon cutting ceremony and mixer will take place on Thursday, April 24 from 4 to 6 pm at 876 7th Street, Arcata. You can find more information at northcoastsbdc.org.
