After an arduous journey to obtain a space at Cal poly Humboldt, the Rou Dalagurr Food Sovereignty Lab opened last year, offering students and local communities a space to learn indigenous food practices and curate projects that promote food justice and sustainability.
This week we met with Delaney Schroeder-Echavarria and Annette Moulay from the Food Sovereignty Lab to learn more about the lab and its upcoming events.
