Lena is a Feldenkrais and meditation teacher, writer, and somatic therapist. In this 4-week series, she invites us to explore voice, breath, awareness, and movement. A blend of gentle movement lessons and somatic practices will help us release tension, free the breath and voice, and enhance our physical presence — both on and off the stage. No prior experience with the Feldenkrais Method is necessary, just a willingness to explore and engage with your body, voice, and self-expression. 4 classes starting 3/1- please bring a blanket or a mat. This is a 5 hour, 4 week series.
