Redwood Region Audubon Society will offer a free guided birding tour along the Eureka Waterfront Trail on Sundays with leader Ralph Bucher. This relatively urban trail offers the potential to observe species abundance and diversity compared to many more remote locations. This walk is on a flat, paved trail that is wheelchair accessible. Using the natural power of the Winter Solstice and the wisdom of your body, movement, dance and expressive drawing will bring unconscious aspects of your shadow personality into the light. This powerful work combines personal learning with community creativity and sharing, allowing for balance to be found in the longest night of the year. Wear cozy clothes that allow for movement. If you like, bring a blanket or pillow to sit on or cozy up with. Art supplies will be provided. Suggested donation of $20, with all proceeds going to the Playhouse.
