Join the merry band of ivy bashers at the Fireman’s Pavilion in Rohner Park on the third Saturday of Every Month at 9 a.m. Bring gloves if you have them or you can borrow a pair. Who knows, maybe you will meet a Gnome or two. Sponsored by the North Coast Chapter of the California Native Plant Society and the Fortuna Parks & Recreation Department. Come unwind and immerse yourself in a sonic sanctuary of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and healing songs—each vibration designed to re-center and re-tune the body, guiding you gently back to a state of Sukha.

Happening every third Sunday at Om Shala Yoga Studio in Arcata. Hands-on healers offer Reiki, tuning fork therapy, and aromatherapy, enhancing the journey with nurturing touch and subtle frequencies. Each gathering also includes a deeply restful yoga nidra meditation, soul-stirring vocalists, and special guest musicians.

While some props are available, you're welcome to bring your own pillows, mats, and blankets to create your perfect “rest nest.”

Let sound and silence become the vessel for emerging states of deeper awareness.
