This empowering, hands-on workshop explores how to train effectively while protecting and strengthening the pelvic floor—so you can move freely, feel stronger, and lift without fear or discomfort.

2. Common pelvic floor challenges (like leakage, prolapse, or pain) and how to manage them
3. Safe and effective lifting strategies that support pelvic floor health
4. How to build confidence, strength, and resilience from the inside out

Who This Workshop Is For
Anyone interested in improving pelvic health—whether you currently experience pelvic floor symptoms or simply want to learn more about preventing issues and optimizing your strength training. All fitness levels welcome!

Friends of the Arcata Marsh (FOAM) is sponsoring a free tour of the Arcata Marsh & Wildlife Sanctuary each Saturday. Meet leaders at 2 p.m. outside the Interpretive Center on South G Street for a 90-minute, rain-or-shine walk.
